He has helped clients achieve sustainable, accessible and affordable buildings through clever building design. Peter Perras designs buildings of all types – residential, commercial, civic, health, education and industrial. Peter places great importance on the design plan of buildings that are useful, practical and affordable. His aim is to make good building affordable to all his Clients.
In addition to designing plans to a budget, he can design to suit the constraints, challenges and opportunities of any given site, and the goals of any Client.
Peter will guide you through the process from concept ideas, design plans, site inspections planning controls, Council lodgements, approvals and building construction management.
