The $4.39 million development proposal seeks to build a mix of 21 one- and two-storey villas and townhouses on a 4,000 square-metre patch of land as part of Sydney’s Western City District Plan.
the project is a response to an “increased demand” for seniors housing in the Fairfield local area.
